Your areas of responsibility and tasks

Planning, Design, and Integration: You will be responsible for planning, designing, and integrating IAM solutions for clients.
Existing IAM Solutions: You should understand the functional requirements associated with clients' existing IAM solutions and be able to recommend and plan for new extensions.
Solution Implementation: You will assist in the implementation and customization of IAM solutions.
Development of IAM Solutions: You will be in charge of developing customizations for clients' IAM solutions.
Analysis, Management, and Evaluation of Designs: You will ensure that the functionality of designs meets everyone's expectations.
Documentation: You are required to document the implemented solution design and describe the solution architecture in HLD/LLD (High-Level Design/Low-Level Design).
Deliverables: You will be responsible for agreeing upon and estimating delivery times and communicating minor issues and solutions with the customer.
Collaboration with Developers, Product Owners, Customers, and External Partners: You will collaborate with developers, product owners, customers, and external partners.

Your qualifications and characteristics

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study.
You have 3 years of experience at a mid-level IAM consultant level with a focus on Identity and Access Management, with the last year involving work at a senior level.
You have 3 years of experience with project deliveries of various sizes.You have documented experience with IAM (both integration and security).
You have experience with customer dialogue.
You write and speak fluent English.
You are comfortable dealing with complex issues and are sharp in making rational assessments.
You are good at ensuring understanding by the recipient by asking the right questions, and you are adept at decoding information and conveying it to technical resources.
You work purposefully and driven and thrive in independent work.
You are comfortable in a senior role and collaborate well across areas.
You are approachable, structured, and precise - and you love to share your professional expertise.

It is an advantage if you have…

Hands-on experience with one or more Identity and/or Access Management technologies such as NetIQ, Okta, Omada, Saviynt and BeyondTrust.
