Your responsibilities

Pre-studies and advisory services

• Identify customer needs and develop high-level solution designs aligned with existing systems and processes
• Advise customers on identity strategies, governance, and future development

Project leadership

• Take overall responsibility for project planning, progress, and successful delivery
• Coordinate activities and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Existing IAM solutions

• Assess customers’ existing IAM environments
• Identify functional needs and provide recommendations for further development and optimization

Documentation and architecture

• Document solution designs and architecture in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation
• Ensure that solutions are properly documented and aligned with customer requirements

Design validation

• Validate solution designs and ensure they meet functional and business expectations

Delivery management

• Estimate effort, define deliverables, and communicate timelines
• Manage customer dialogue regarding requirements, challenges, and solutions

Collaboration

• Work closely with consultants, developers, product owners, customers, and technology partners 

Qualifications and personal qualities 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in advisory, architecture, or similar roles
• Experience from digital transformation or modernization projects
• Experience working directly with customers and communicating complex technical concepts
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle of an IAM solution
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology
• Comfortable working with complex challenges and identifying what matters most
• Structured, approachable, and an attentive listener
• Goal-oriented and solution-focused

It is an advantage if you have…

• Experience as an IAM Advisor, IAM Architect, or similar role
• Certifications within IAM technologies such as Okta, Auth0, NetIQ, Saviynt, Microsoft, or BeyondTrust
• Experience with or certifications in project and delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum
