Your areas of responsibility and tasks

Pre-study: You will need to identify customer needs and develop an overall solution design that is adapted to the customer's existing solutions.
Project Management: You will have the overall overview and responsibility, and you ensure that the projects are successfully completed.
Existing IAM solutions: You need to understand the functional needs related to customers' existing IAM solutions and from there advise on new expansions.
Documentation: You will have to document the implemented solution design and describe the solution architecture in HLD/LLD.
Test and evaluation of designs: You will be responsible for ensuring that the design functionality meets everyone's expectations..
Deliveries: You will be responsible for agreeing and estimating time for deliveries and communicating minor issues and solutions with the customer.
Collaboration with developers, product owners, customers, and external partners.

Your qualifications and characteristics

You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
You have 5 years of experience as an advisor in the IT security industry.
You have experience with digitization projects of various sizes.
You have experience with customer dialogue and conveying complex and technical messages.
You write and speak fluent English.
You can advise customers throughout the lifecycle of their IAM solution.
You have strong interpersonal skills.
You are the bridge between businesses and technology.
You are comfortable dealing with complex issues, and you are excellent at decoding the most important information.
You are approachable, organized, clear, and a good listener.
You are goal-oriented and solution-focused.

It is an advantage if you have…

Experience as an advisor within Identity and Access Management..
Certification in one or more Identity and Access Management technologies such as Okta, Okta CIS, NetIQ, Saviynt, and BeyondTrust.
Experience or certification in one or more leadership methodologies such as PRINCE 2, Agile, or Scrum.
