Your areas of responsibility and tasks

Development and debugging of logic: You are responsible for mapping and identifying weaknesses and areas for improvement in the implementations of IAM solutions.
Solution implementation: You will assist with the implementation and adaptation of IAM solutions.
Customer dialogue: You are responsible for communicating minor issues and solutions with the customer. You can translate problems and messages into technical requirements.
Programming of IAM solutions: You will be responsible for developing adaptations to customer’s IAM solutions.
Workflows: You are responsible for developing and maintaining workflows related to customer’s IAM solutions.
Management and support: You are responsible for checking and investigating the customer's solution for possible issues and resolving these issues.
You will cooperate with and support teams, product owners, and customers and report issues and solutions to customers.

Your qualifications and characteristics

You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant IT education.
You have at least 1-2 years of experience as an IAM Consultant and have been involved in projects of different sizes and durations.
You have documented experience with IAM (both integration and security).
You have experience with customer dialogue.
You write and speak fluent English.
You are comfortable dealing with complex issues and approach tasks analytically.
You work purposefully and drivenly and thrive with independent and operational work.
You are solution-oriented, reliable, and quality-conscious.
You are approachable, structured, and precise.
You collaborate well with others – and you love to share your professional expertise.

It is an advantage if you have…

Hands-on experience with one or more Identity and/or Access Management technologies such as NetIQ, Okta, Saviynt, Microsoft, and BeyondTrust.
