Your responsibilities

Development and troubleshooting

Develop and troubleshoot logic and functionality within IAM solutions
Identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in IAM implementations

Solution implementation

Support the implementation and customization of IAM solutions
Contribute to solution design and deployment activities

Customer dialogue

Communicate directly with customers regarding smaller issues and solution requirements
Translate business needs into technical requirements

IAM development

Develop and customize IAM solutions for customers
Configure and extend platform functionality

Workflows

Design, develop, and maintain workflows related to customers' IAM solutions

Operations and support

Monitor customer environments, identify potential issues, and resolve them
Collaborate with and support teams, product owners, and customers
Report and communicate issues, risks, and solutions

Qualifications and personal qualities

Relevant education within IT or a related field
At least 1–2 years of experience as an IAM Consultant
Proven experience with IAM, including integrations and security
Experience working directly with customers
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
Comfortable working with complex challenges and applying an analytical mindset
Self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented
Solution-oriented, reliable, and quality-focused
Approachable, organized, and detail-oriented
A strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and expertise

It is an advantage if you have…

Hands-on experience with one or more Identity and Access Management technologies such as NetIQ, Okta, Saviynt, Microsoft, and BeyondTrust.
