Your areas of responsibility and tasks

System and Solution Architecture: You will be responsible for designing and developing system and solution architecture for customers' IAM solutions.
Developing Target Architecture and Roadmaps: To ensure an efficient process, one of your tasks will be to set up and map target architecture and roadmaps.
Quality Assurance and Handover of Customer Orders to Developers: You will be the link between our customers and our super-developers and ensure streamlined communication. You will translate the customer's needs and desires into technical requirements, so our developers can deliver the best results.
Analysis, Management, and Evaluation of Designs: You will be responsible for ensuring that the design functionality meets everyone's expectations.
Collaboration with developers, product owners, customers, and external partners.

Your qualifications and characteristics

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study.
You have 5 years of experience at a senior consultant, advisor, or architect level focusing on Identity and Access Management.
You have 5 years of experience with project deliveries of various sizes.
You have experience with customer dialogue and communicating complex and technical messages.
You have documented experience with IAM (both integration and security).
You speak and write English fluently.
You enjoy working with complex issues and are adept at making rational assessments.
You are good at ensuring understanding by the recipient by asking the right questions, and you are adept at decoding information and conveying it to technical resources.
You work purposefully and driven and thrive with independent work.
You are comfortable in a central and important position and collaborate well across sections.
You are accommodating, structured, and precise - and you love to share your professional expertise.

It is an advantage if you have…

Experience with one or more Identity and/or Access Management technologies such asNetIQ, Okta, Omada, Saviynt and BeyondTrust.
